FUTURE TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES
We are setting up an amount which will be committed solely to upgrading the skills of our employees in our corporate offices, tech hubs, fulfillment centers, retail stores, and transportation network. This is going to go a long way to help them move into higher positions within or outside of Covenant.

Leaders put customer first in everything. The main goal is to keep customer trust. Leaders might in a way pay attention to competitors but will always put customer first and be glued to the love for customers.
